It is extremely easy to care for this throw. It is machine washable (max 40 degrees with the low spin program) and suitable for tumble drying. But it won’t be necessary to tumble dry it. Hanging it flat to air dry will suffice to dry them quickly.

Peshtemal hammam clothes were widely used as a wrap when men and women in the Ottoman era were washing in the public hammam baths to cover their bodies.
