How to shop wholesale?

- 30|60 days payment credit.
- For FAIRE our minimum opening order and reorder is £200. For Ankorstore, the threshold is £300 to entitle you to a free shipment.

We individually vet retailers interested in stocking our products. We are very keen to cooperate with brick-and-mortar shops across the globe. Reselling Conditions
Wholesale prices are set for the purpose of resale. We give approximately 50% off on our RRP to wholesale customers. We don’t intervene with the resale prices of our products outside the UK. However, we request UK retailers keep the same RRP as ours.
Handling your orders
We love to deliver our products at their best to you. We take our time to quality-check all the items in your order individually. Please allow 4-5 working days for us to process your order. We separately pack each item in a polybag to ensure they are well-protected and pristine in transit. If you prefer to have them packed in bulk per product group to reduce plastic usage, then please let us know.
Receiving your orders
Please count and check the products as soon as possible. In case there is any problem or an item is missing or faulty, please report this straight to Faire or Ankorstore within the week of delivery, with supporting documents and images where applicable. We are not responsible if the 3rd party buying from you reports a problem with the product. So please make sure you individually check each item in your order list. If you are working with us directly, then we are the point of contact to settle a problem. Please report it within a week of delivery to info@cottonandolive.com.
Shipping
Working through Faire or Ankorstore, your order will be delivered to your doorstep free of charge. We prepare the order ready for dispatch and print the shipping label they provide us. They take care of the rest.
What happens if you work directly with us?
We are a small family business. The benefits we can offer to you compared to these big B2B platforms are comparatively limited.
However, we deliver our products at their best to you and make sure we are here to assist you every step of the way. We are the point of contact if there is a problem with delivery or order.
Our minimum opening order amount is £300 + VAT for retailers. We can be more flexible with repeat orders.
Delivery charges will be applied to your invoice. However, we do our homework and try to find the most reliable and economical shipping option for your consignment.
Alternatively, you can pay for your own shipping label if you already have a contract with a courier company (we provide the weight and dimensions of the box for you) and forward us the downloadable PDF file of the shipping labels.
As for the settlement of the payment, we do the shipment after we received the invoice total to our bank account. If your preference is to work directly with us, please fill in the form on the right side. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
